LaunchWho currently charges no fees for browsing, Google sign-in, saving sites or submitting a website. We do not offer a paid checkout or collect payments for these features, so there is no LaunchWho purchase to refund. If we introduce paid services, their price and refund conditions will be disclosed before payment.
Other websites and billing questions
Payments on websites listed in our directory are made to those providers and follow their refund policies. Contact the merchant directly for those purchases. If you see a charge you believe came from LaunchWho, email [email protected] with the payment date, amount and receipt or transaction reference so we can investigate.
